AJ Roofing put our original roof on 10 years. Our skylight started leaking and I called them for repair and installation of a new skylight. Josh is so good to deal with and the installation went perfectly. I would use them again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend them.

Out of all the companies we've dealt with to work on our home AJ was by far the most impressive. From the first phone call to the installation I was very impressed and thankful for the help I was given along the way. The crew had some of the most hard working individuals I've ever seen and they did a great job! Would recommend!

My experience with AJ Roofing was gratifying! I called needing a quote for a new roof, they had me scheduled within the next week. Josh Hill came out to give me the estimate in person and talked me through the whole process. I didn't know much about what needed done, but Josh was patient and took the time to show me. Not to mention how fast their crew worked! 10/10 recommend for all your roofing needs!

My 86 year old mother had storm damage and needed a roof The insurance company was very difficult and really left her in a bind. AJ Roofing (John and Brenda) really went out of their way to make the job happen and keep it affordable for my mom.

My husband and I well pleased with the service we received from AJ roofing! The let us know a few days in advance when they would be coming. Their team was on time, professional and asked us if we had any questions on the service we were receiving. Clean up was great they laid tarps down to catch everything. We love our new roof.

That's with a lunch break included in the time as well as having to replace about 20 peices of damaged wood on my roof... WOW!! quality work and professional services rendered. I can't say enough about this company. Our roof was so bad we had to have it done right away. It was November. They squeezed us in so we didn't have to go through winter with it. Their workers were the hardest workers we've ever seen. They never stopped working except for their lunch break. Their cleanup was impeccable. Josh from AJ roofing was very friendly very knowledgeable and kept his word and was very fair on price. My house was two story steep roof in bad shape they had it all done in a day and half, no mess left behind not one nail on the ground. Very happy with results and will recommend them to everyone I meet who needs a roof.

This crew got out to me ASAP! I told him quotes I had received from other companies and he was willing to beat it ! They came out and did their thing ! It was soooooo hot that day ! Like terribly hot . But they got it tore up and laid down ! It looked so good once I came home from work . His communication was excellent. From quote(very competitive) to completion......excellent. Every person we spoke to were available to answer questions and very nice to deal with. The actual work crew was a dream to watch...so efficient. They showed up when the said they would and were done in less than six hours. All equipment left when they did. I am so impressed with AJ Roofing. Josh, the owner, came to my house to analyze the damage and came up with a solution to fix the problem! He was always available to answer phone calls or texts. He made several special trips to my house and even came to speak with the insurance adjuster! Josh is very conscientious and detail oriented! I would highly recommend his business to anyone!

AJ Roofing and Construction did a fine job repairing our roof after a hail storm. We have since moved and our new home needs a roof. I couldn't imagine anyone else completing the work. I strive to find the best and that is what you will get when you use them. Don't waste your time looking around to save a few bucks. Get the job done right the first time.

AJ Construction and Roofing (Osceola) is definitely a company worth bragging about. I had a quote within a day, a contract explained and signed, and ideas on colors from the owner. The crew arrived on time, set up tarps and plywood to protect my property [deck and porch especially] and worked efficiently all day. Even did the shed. The guys were friendly and explained what was happening, which I appreciated. That was 2 years ago. My roof is in fabulous shape with out any problems. We have had severe storms with no shingles blown off, no water leaks and no moisture problems. As a widow, this means the world to me. The roof looks brand new and I am confident that if a problem does come up, AJ Construction will be on the ball to make it right.

AJ Constructions & Roofing came out and gave me a free quote for tear-off and install of a new roof. They provided a very competitive quote. They then scheduled a time that worked well for me. I had my roof replaced on October 20-21st, 2020. Jamie and his crew arrived early on the the 20th and began working right away. I was very pleased with how Jamie and his guys respected my home and property. They used tarps to cover up bushes and other landscaping, they used 4x8 sheets of plywood to protect my screens, windows and siding. Their ladders did not make a single scratch on my gutters, which I had just recently painted. The guys were very polite and would speak anytime I came out to see the progress. First day they had the whole front stripped off and replaced. Second day they did the back and were finished early in the afternoon. When they were done they cleaned up everything, not a bit of scrap or nails in my yard anywhere. I didn't have to put any money done, and several days later they emailed me an invoice, since I was concerned about sending a check in the mail, they sent someone over to pick it up and gave me a paid in full receipt. Those guys worked hard and made a great team. I am really impressed with this company and I highly recommend you use them. The price when completed was exactly what was quoted, and they showed up on time. Also, the shingles were exactly what I asked for and the roof looks great, shingles are straight and even. They also removed the old chimney that was no longer being used and did not charge any extra for that. Thanks AJ Roofing for a great job.

Had a small window of opportunity to get my roof torn off, sheathing fixed and re-roofed before weather turned. Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles. Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! Haven't seen leaks but, if something was missed, I'm confident Josh and the office staff(Melanie & Abbey)will be attentive!

My home with the new siding looks brand new. I absolutely love it. Terry Hill and his crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I also had a new deck installed. Good grief. I am so impressed. It is simply gorgeous and the best pressure treated lumber there is. I would highly recommend this company. Showed up when they said they would, quality work and great clean up.. I had a question about the dryer venting (older home, dryer vents thru roof), called Josh. left a message and within 10 minutes he returned my call. Answered my question. Good to go. So nice to actually call a business, talk to a real person, get a return call and get answers!!!

I highly recommend AJ roofing Osceola. I just had a new roof installed and they went above and beyond. The roof looks great and they even addressed a few issues that were not part of the est. at no cost. The yard was all clean when they were finished and the workers were very friendly. I recently had the pleasure of working with AJ Construction & Roofing when they replaced the roof on the house I just bought. They were competitively priced, easy to work with, and the roof looks fantastic! About a week after the new roof was installed, I feared I had a possible leak. The very next morning ( a Sunday no less) they were out to inspect the roof and helped me to realize I had a condensation issue and NO issues with the the roof. I was impressed with how quick they were to check things out and make sure we didn't have any issues. I would recommend anyone looking for a new roof to give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Overall excellent with both communication and workmanship. We contacted for a quote in March and they came out within a few days to inspect and discuss options for a complete tear-off and re-roofing job, leaving me with a very fair quote compared to the other quotes we got. Told us we would be on the schedule for late may or early June. Heard from them a few times during the wait. They got us on the schedule for early May and showed up exactly as planned. They had a large crew to get the work done and there were no delays once the job was started. Everything looks great! The yard was cleaned very well and they did a decent job of trying to protect the landscape plantings. It has rained non-stop since the roof went on and we are dry and happy!

We've had AJ Roofing repair a small roofing/gutter problem two years ago. They were prompt and fair. This year we had them replace the whole roof. Their price was good. They started and completed the roof in two days. They used good materials. Their workmanship appeared to be good. The end product looks great. And they did a good job cleaning up. There was a screen that was damaged but they handled the repair quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall I'm very happy and recommend AJ Construction and Roofing to anyone else!
